By accessing or using actisys.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
actisys.app is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that provides configurable web portal services to businesses. Features are subject to change with reasonable notice.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or as a one-time purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to store or transmit illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, or disrupt the service's availability for other users.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your portal settings.
7. Limitation of liability
actisys.app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ACTISYS's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
