We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, and organisation details when you create an account.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to provide and improve the actisys.app service, send transactional emails (e.g. invoices, notifications), and respond to your enquiries.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure. All data at rest is encrypted.

4. Third-party services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Resend for transactional email. These services have their own privacy policies.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@actisys.app.
